My niece, Hannah is all grown up! I can't believe she is married! She is truly a beautiful girl, inside and out! I guess I should have known that it wouldn't be long before someone realized what a treasure she is. How can I blame him for snatching her up? Joseph is one lucky man!
I have so many pictures from our trip out to Colorado for the wedding that it will be hard to narrow it down to just a few favorites. I will do my best but there may be a ton in spite of my efforts.
Here are some favorites of the non-wedding event days.
My boys.
My Mom, "Grandma Bonnie" holding Christian.
Mom and I dipped pretzels for Hannah's bridal shower. I think they turned out lovely!
My dear friend Christina, such a true friend! She came to spend the afternoon with us with her cute girls. Isn't cooking with the girls fun?
Christina and I used to hang out and talk in my old bedroom. Look at our cute girls, years later, hanging out just as we did.
Sheri enjoyed hanging out with Adam, my oldest brother. A favorite for them is the Three Stooges in the big arm chair.
Cat's house. Her hens are all laying now! Eve enjoyed looking for eggs.
Visiting Annie, Mary, and Jonathan.
Christina and her girls also stopped in to visit at Annie's house.
The girls had fun kicking the ball, and I had fun rescuing it when it got stuck in the tree!
My handsome dad, "Grandpa John" with Christian.
Annie hosted a bridal shower for Hannah a few days before the wedding. It turned out to be a great time. Thanks to Jana and Kristen for sharing their dip recipes with me. The food was delicious and Annie did a beautiful job!
And now . . .for wedding day pics.
Here are some reception photos.
As you can see, it was a so much fun!
If you think that is a lot of photos, you haven't seen how many I didn't include! We are so glad we could go out to Colorado for this wonderful day!
Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Cammack!

Lots of Help and Special Visitors
Exactly one week after Christian's arrival - here are my little "mommies" all dolled up for church.
Eve has turned out to be a tremendous help to me. She has a steady hand and can hold the baby when I need a minute "hands free."
All the kids adore Christian and he gets lots of kisses to prove it!
Here is my handsome holding our baby.
Matt's Mother left Saturday, September 29th (her birthday). We had crepes, fruit, sausage, juice etc. for breakfast to celebrate before she flew home. The crepes were delicious if I may say so, especially as my first attempt. She came back the following Wednesday with Matt's Dad. Life is always more fun with Grandpa and Grandma!
Matt's dad (Bart) has a talent for creating games that thrill the kids. He uses simple items such as rope and a ball or only their imagination.
Wendy continued to be a great help to me and was a great friend to Sheri during the day!
We especially enjoyed listening to General Conference as a family. It was a lovely long weekend since the kids didn't have school Thurday or Friday. Thank goodness for Grandparents!
Just a quick insert here: Sheri and I share learning time each day after lunch. It is nice to have one on one time with her, and to also enjoy reading together.
Also, during Matt's paternity time off he built a few walls in the basement to separate our play area and our storage area. He also built shelves for organizing our totes. Pictures to come. I LOVE my handy man and I love to be more organized!
Grandpa and Grandpa stayed through October 8th. On Friday, Oct 12th the Owens came to visit for the weekend. It is always nice to be with friends! We spent most of our time relaxing. The guys went and watched a playoff game Friday night. I made apple crisp. I love autumn baking!
Here are Christian and Kristen chillin' on the couch.
Here is cute Courtney with Christian.
Kristen made some delicious "pillows" for breakfast on Saturday (think sopapillas or scones.) It was fun to try them with honey butter, homemade jam, powdered sugar, or cinnamon sugar. She also brought homemade applesauce. Yes, I was spoiled! We enjoyed card games of course. This time it was the girls' turn to show the guys how it's done! :) The Owens enjoyed church with us Sunday and then headed back to Illinois. What dedicated friends to come so far for the weekend!
Monday was back to the routine, except . . .oh packing for our trip to Denver. My niece got married on October 20th so we geared up and left Tuesday (Oct 16th) after school. Things stay interesting and busy! More about our trip to Denver in the next post.
Here are a couple more photos of bathing the baby. I guess I can't get enough!
