Arbor Day at the park

We enjoyed a special arbor day celebration held at a nearby park. We just caught the last hour or so but really enjoyed the day!

We started with face paining. Sterling really wanted batman again, and Sheri and Eve went with butterflies.





Then the kids went on a ride pulled by a small John Deere.



And finally, the kids enjoyed the petting zoo where they saw camels, donkeys, a baby kangaroo, and goats. The best were the kids, the baby goats. We were lucky to come when it was time to feed them.






I'm glad that this was fun because they sure got dirty, and I was busy cleaning them and their clothes for quite a while! Boy, play can sure be a lot of work!
