Baby's First Days Home

Christian Ryan Smith was born on Sunday, September 23rd. We both did quite well and were ready to go home on Monday. Here are some pics from Monday in the hospital before we left.

Here is a pic of my 2 little boys shortly after a beautiful Family Home Evening we shared together. Our topic was helping each other here on Earth and helping our new baby be safe. The spirit of love was so strong.

I was so blessed to have so much help in the first week with Matt on paternity leave and with my MIL (mother in law), Wendy in town. They both helped transport kids, cook, entertain kids, and care for baby Christian when I needed a nap or a shower. I was well cared for and really appreciated all the support! I even felt well enough to make a few meals and attend Sterling's soccer game. Thank you to my wonderful family for all their love and support!
