Annie and Mary's visit - Part 2

Friday we were planning to go swimming but the pool didn't open till noon so we had a nice leisurely morning. The kids enjoyed the rabbits, the sand box, and frogs.


Then around noon the clouds rolled in and so we took the kids to the play place to get some wiggles out instead. In the afternoon we got naps before heading over to Eve's dress rehearsal.



Saturday we took our boat out on the Mississippi river for some fun.






Sunday we went to church. After naps we played with the bunnies before heading to the park for a concert in the park. We loved sitting outside, hearing the music in the warm summer air.







Monday was our last day with Annie an Mary here so we decided to try to squeeze in the trip to the pool before their late afternoon flight.


We would have played all day if we had time, but alas, our time was spent. We enjoyed talking as we prepared to leave for the airport. We were very sad to say goodbye. Good thing our Colorado trip is just one month away.

I sure do love my sister! She is one that I love to talk with. I am always interested in hearing her perspective. Mary is a sweet little thing, my kids love to dote on her. We are very happy they came to play. Come again soon!
